If you wish to return an item, please fill out the contact form on our website and we will provide the return address and instructions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with tags/labels attached

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

🇬🇧 UK RETURNS

  • Customers have the right to return most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the item (Consumer Contracts Regulations).

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the returned item.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept international returns; however:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Customs fees or import charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund processing time remains the same (up to 10 business days after we receive the return).

🔄 EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made for another size or an item of equal value, subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or an alternative option.

💰 REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once we receive your return.
Your bank may take extra time to release the funds.

❗ FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • UK customers: report within 30 days

  • International customers: report within 7 days

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund.
